Services Provided
Yard Barbers Landscaping provides professional landscaping, turf laying, garden maintenance, and related services. The scope of work will be defined in individual service agreements or quotes.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Yard Barbers Landscaping are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted are based on the current cost of materials and labor. Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after acceptance of the quote may result in additional costs.
Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work begins, as outlined in the provided quote. Full payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via cash, EFT, credit card, or other methods as specified on our website. Late payments may incur additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to refer the debt to a collection agency, and you will be responsible for any additional collection costs.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made within this period may incur a cancellation fee. If work has commenced, the client will be liable for costs associated with labor and materials already used.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide clear access to the work area and ensure pets, children, and obstacles are removed before the scheduled service. The customer is responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards that may be affected by our services. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities unless caused by our negligence.
Liability and Warranties
We take reasonable care when performing our services, but we are not liable for minor cosmetic damage caused in the normal course of work. We do not guarantee the survival of plants, lawns, or landscaping materials after installation due to factors beyond our control, including weather, pests, and inadequate watering. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yard Barbers, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of our services.
Privacy Policy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.
Intellectual Property
